Why there is no phone number
Because there is not yet a line that is monitored consistently enough to publish. Putting a number on a website that rings out, or goes to a voicemail nobody clears, is worse than having no number at all — you would have wasted your time and formed a fair opinion of us in the process.
Email is answered. When there is a phone line worth calling, it will appear here, in the header and on the sticky bar at the bottom of your screen, and it will be answered.
Response times
Enquiries submitted through the form get an automatic acknowledgement with a reference within seconds. Emails to the addresses above are read by a person and answered as quickly as we genuinely can — we have not yet measured a median response time, so we are not going to publish one and then miss it on a bank holiday weekend.
Where we are
This is a service-area operation covering Shropshire — Shrewsbury, Telford, Oswestry, Ludlow, Bridgnorth and the surrounding areas. There is no office you can visit, and we are not going to publish an address purely to look more local than we are. Full legal and registered details are in the footer of every page.
